A social organization named by the well known politician "Balasaheb Thakre"(who founded Shiv sena) started old age home in the name of "MATOSHREE" in recognition with the government of Maharashtra in the year of 1998 located in all over maharashtra .

Matoshree old age home (Latur) is located at scenic place in latur. Presently, this old age home is adopted by RSS & it also gets help from donations given by people. The management of old age home is supervised by Dr.Devdhar & controlled by Mr.Savant.

Facilities

1) The old age home is located at a scenic place in Latur .Matoshree old age home has its own garden and a well maintained farm . The center stands as a two storyed building with quality rooms.

2) There are total 20-30 rooms and around 80 to 100 old people who live there not only happily but also in peace.

3) The old age home offers timely meals, beverages to the residents. [ the residents who are interested in cooking can join the chefs.]

4) All the medical checkups and treatments of the residents are handled by multispeciality Vivekanad Hospital ,Latur.
